Villa Annunziata is an exciting and comfortable villa, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples, equipped with a large swimming pool and solarium, an “enchanted” terrace and immersion in the greenery.

A family villa on three levels with all the comforts and comforts, each room has its independence with kitchenette and bathroom. The property is located in Massa Lubrense, a marine protected area between the Sorrento and Amalfi peninsula protected by UNESCO for its wonders.

It stands on a hill and a few curves from the road, thus enjoying total intimacy and privacy but close to the shops of the town center reachable by car in a few minutes.

The villa is suitable for large families and large groups, even with children (there is a playground for children, swing and carousels, lawns for running), also suitable for weddings and events.

The upper terrace, on the third floor is very large, and with the best view, it is on this high floor that there is the professional kitchen with professional dishwasher and oven, fires to make unforgettable dinners on the terrace.

On the terrace there is also a mobile barbecue and a beautiful pizza oven.

Finally another very pleasant space is the garden on the ground floor with olive trees and lawn overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast and the afternoon, on this floor there is a large living room with a grand piano which inspires evenings to the sound of music and dance and table for 8 people.

The rooms are large and equipped with every comfort as well as the bathrooms with bidet, shower, toilet and sink.

The structure can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people. On request it is possible to add two double sofa beds and two single beds up to a maximum capacity of 30 people.

The rooms are all double / twin with en suite bathroom and kitchen (except one room with bathroom in the area, without the kitchenette).

The Villa has a double suite, window overlooking the Gulf and its islands.

You will race for it! Access is typical of the area, narrow and in the countryside but with any utility but even larger cars there are no problems getting to the parking lot.
