Villa Ioannis is ideally located in the prime region of St. John (Agios Ioannis) with an excellent view to Delos Island and a magnificent sunset over the bay.
The 350 sq. m. property may accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 double bedrooms and features a large living room with a bright dining area, an Infinity Pool, a private parking space and a private picturesque chapel on site.
The unique lounge area around the pool is well equipped with modern sun beds and a stylish daybed and is ideal for both relaxation and small events.
The outdoor area features the Infinity pool, a built-in BBQ(charcoal), the main sitting area (upper/pool level), a bohemian hammock, an outdoor bathtub and additional sitting areas on both levels.
The chapel is located on a small cliff at the highest level of the property, overlooking the house.

50% deposit-50% balance 1 month prior to arrival
•Cancellation policy: all received deposits are final and non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guests
