1. Premise

These conditions govern the relationship between BelleIdea and any other party that uses or accesses the website to offer or advertise any property to rent, including the owners, lessees.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Owner and BellaIdea.

The Owner acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions defined by each owner as well as our privacy protection policy.

2 . The Web site is a social network
This site is a site that allows owners to advertise one or more properties to rent (each a “Holiday”) for potential tenants (each, a “traveler” and, together with the owner the “Users”). 3. The mode BellaIdea

4. Ads and Conditions

5. Specifications on Listings

6. The dashboard, reservations, Guestbook and Reviews

The comments made in the guestbook must be genuine comments made by persons outside who have stayed in the Holiday pay: we may require owners to prove the authenticity of the comments posted in the guestbook as a condition of their publication on the Site.
The travelers can post their own reviews of the Holiday Owners (“Reviews Travelers”) on the Site.
The owner is given the opportunity to see the reviews of the Travellers, responding (“Owner’s Response”).

9. Termination

10. Rights and obligations of BellaIdea
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BellaIdea may modify, suspend or discontinue at any time any section of the Site, including the availability of features, databases or content of the Site, in the case of justified reasons, legal, commercial or technical. 12. Further rights and obligations of the owner

The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BellaIdea and its directors, employees and agents, from any claims actions or demands (including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting costs) made by third parties to the meeting of BellaIdea, arising from or in connection with: (a) any material or content that the owner provides to the Site; (B) any use of the Site by the Owner; and (c) any violation of these conditions by the owners.
15. Held BellaIdea
